The Journey Unveiled
Mittal’s LinkedIn account reveals his educational background, indicating that he pursued studies at the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi before embarking on his IAS journey. Post his resignation from the IAS in 2019, he embraced a role at Microsoft as a Principal Research Product Manager, where he served for a notable five-year tenure. Subsequently, in March 2025, Mittal made a pivotal shift by departing from Microsoft to launch Disha AI, initiating his entrepreneurial expedition.
