Gelatin Sticks and Detonators Discovered Near Bengaluru Bus Stand
Six gelatin sticks, the latest form of dynamites, along with some detonators, were discovered in a plastic carry bag near a toilet at a government bus stand in Bengaluru on Wednesday, raising serious security concerns.
Details of the Discovery
The recovery was made at the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation bus stand located at Kalasipalya. Bomb disposal teams and police officials are currently present at the scene.
Deputy Commissioner of Police of the West Division in Bengaluru, S Girish, mentioned, “Six gelatin sticks and some detonators were found in a carry bag outside the toilet at Kalasipalya BMTC bus stand. An FIR is yet to be registered regarding this incident.”
