Condolences Offered by Muhammad Yunus

Chief Adviser of the interim government in Bangladesh, Muhammad Yunus, on Monday offered his condolences after a tragic incident. A Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft crashed into a school campus in Dhaka, resulting in the loss of at least 16 lives.

An Irreparable Loss

Muhammad Yunus expressed deep shock and sorrow over the devastating crash. He mentioned that the incident brought profound grief to the air force staff, students, parents, and teachers, as well as to the entire nation.

Yunus stated, “I express deep shock and sorrow over the tragic incident of the Bangladesh Air Force F-7 BGI training aircraft crash on the campus of Milestone School and College in the Diabari area of the capital today, which resulted in casualties.”

Describing the loss suffered by various individuals, he added, “The loss suffered by the air force personnel, students, parents, teachers, staff of Milestone School and College, and others in this accident is irreparable. This is a moment of deep grief for the nation.”
