In an official announcement, Apple mentioned that their Specialist over Video service offers customers the opportunity to connect with an Apple Store employee through a secure one-way video call. While the Apple Specialist appears on video, customers can communicate via an audio-only channel.

The service is accessible to Indian buyers from 10am to 7pm IST, Monday to Friday, on the Apple Store online platform. Users do not require an iOS device to utilize the Specialist over Video service as per the company’s guidelines.
